Consciencium was formed in 2006 when a major child caring facility approached a well known custom development firm about designing a revolutionary new system for their facility and industry as a whole.  The Consciencium Team worked closely with the facility over the next few years to build, from the ground up, a complete information management system designed specifically for the direct care industry.  The partnership allowed the Consciencium Team to develop upon the knowledge of the facility’s staff, so that the program would be essentially designed from the inside out, by professionals with an intimate knowledge of the daily tasks and pains of running a direct care facility.  Combining the industry knowledge of the facility staff with the technical expertise of the Consciencium developers has led to the creation of an intuitive and simplified system.  Each facility we work with brings new ideas and different perspectives to the table, and helps us continue the constant evolution of the Welnet system.
